What I Wore The First Week of Fall

Since I live in Wisconsin (and we all know the weather has a mind of its own here,) the early weeks of fall are such a toss up! It is so easy to want to pull out those cozy sweaters and fuzzy socks, but sometimes the weather just doesn’t want to cooperate. That being said, I still like to find ways to incorporate fall items into warm weather outfits.

Here is what I wore the first week of fall. Fall vibes but warm weather.

Monday

A long sleeve maxi dress is the perfect transitional piece. I paired it with sneakers for a soft yet trendy look. Being comfortable all day is a must and so easy with this look!

Tuesday

Wearing a blazer over a mini dress is a chic and comfortable way to elevate your look. Pairing the look with sneakers will keep you looking cool and staying comfy. Adding a sherpa bag brings in a staple fall texture!

Wednesday

A maxi skirt is a great item to have in your closet. It is great for summer days paired with a tank top and is also great for fall worn with a t-shirt or sweater. To continue the fall vibe I paired it with tall boots and a wool hat.

Thursday

This jean jumper is perfect for the warmer fall days. It has an open back so it is easy to transition between seasons. It can also be dressed up or down! Either way, it is an essential piece to have in your wardrobe.

Friday

This top is so fun for fall! It is a great way to add texture to your outfit, especially since faux leather is so trendy for fall this year. Paired with a distressed pair of jeans and some booties, you are ready to take on the day!

Top: Bohme
Denim: American Eagle
Shoes: Matisse

Saturday

Running errands but want to look great? This outfit is perfect for that! Throwing a cardigan over a dress can instantly change any outfit from summer to fall. Including a hat adds another accessory and pulls together the whole look!

Chill days call for an easy and adorable outfit! Hanging out around the house or running those quick ‘get ready for the week’ errands while looking good is the goal! Monochromatic outfits have really made an appearance this year and I am here for it!
